No Refunds & No Replacements Policy

By purchasing a ticket for the HOLI event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All Sales Are Final – Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, personal reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
• No Ticket Replacements – Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued or replaced. Please keep your ticket safe and secure.
• Event Changes & Cancellations – The event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including venue, date, and timing. In the rare case of a full event cancellation by the organizers, further instructions will be provided.
• Non-Transferable – Tickets cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for any other event.
• Force Majeure – No refunds will be issued in cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond the organizers' control.
